2. Personal Data We Process

  • Identity and contact: name, e-mail address, phone number (contact, quote, “call me” and newsletter forms).
  • Request content: the messages you submit through our forms.
  • Security data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of visit.
  • Usage data: information collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your requests, questions and quote enquiries and contacting you,
  • Carrying out sales and after-sales processes for our products and services,
  • Sending newsletters and promotional messages, if you have consented,
  • Keeping the website secure, measuring and improving its performance,
  • Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Your data is collected electronically through website forms, cookies and server logs, by automated or partly automated means. It is processed under Article 5/2 KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Newsletters and commercial electronic messages, non-essential cookies and transfers abroad are based on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 KVKK.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our hosting, e-mail and IT service providers, business partners and legally authorised public bodies, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK. Where services with servers located abroad (e.g. Google Analytics) are used, data may be transferred abroad based on the safeguards set out in Article 9 KVKK or your explicit consent.

6. Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable legal retention periods, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
